This Privacy Policy describes how the Bubbles In Time mobile application (the "App") handles information on your device. Bubbles In Time is operated as an independent application by the developer ("we," "our"). We respect your privacy and have built the App so that your data never leaves your device.

What we don't collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Personal identifiers — name, email, phone number, account credentials
• Photos, videos, or messages you select for use in the App
• Location data of any kind
• Contacts or address book information
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
• Device advertising identifiers
• Anything shared with third parties

Permissions the App uses

To function, Bubbles In Time requests certain Android permissions. All permissions operate locally. None of the data accessed is transmitted off your device.

• Display Over Other Apps Required for the core feature of the App: displaying floating bubbles over other applications. This permission allows the App to draw on top of other apps but does not allow it to read or capture content from other apps.
• Camera Used only when you explicitly choose to capture a new photo or video for use as a bubble. The camera is never accessed unless you initiate capture from within the App. Captured media is stored on your device and is not transmitted anywhere.
• Photos and Media Used to let you select existing photos or videos from your device to display as bubbles. The App reads only the files you select. It does not scan, index, or upload your media library.
• Foreground Service Required to keep the bubble service running while you use other apps. Android requires a persistent notification while the service is active so you always know when the App is running.
• Notifications Used to display the persistent foreground service notification described above.

Where your data lives

Any photos, videos, or messages you configure as bubbles are read from your device's local storage and rendered locally. The App has no backend server, no cloud sync, no account system, and no analytics service. Nothing leaves your phone.

Third-party services

Bubbles In Time does not integrate with any third-party advertising networks, analytics providers, crash reporting services, or social media platforms. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting technologies.

Children's privacy

Bubbles In Time is not directed at children under 13. The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. The App contains no advertising, no in-app purchases beyond the one-time purchase price, and no content directed at children.

Data security

Because no data is transmitted off your device, the security of the data used by the App depends on the security of your device itself. We recommend keeping your device's operating system updated and using a screen lock.

Your rights

Because we do not collect or store any of your information, there is no data for us to access, modify, export, or delete on your behalf. If you wish to remove all data associated with the App, simply uninstall it from your device.

Changes to this policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the App's release notes on Google Play.
